The Abrogator
The Abrogator harnesses the power of steam along with the ideas of Tesla and Marconi to create a weapon which emits "radio waves", invisible oscillating rays of energy, which will disorient and eventually remove any problem you may encounter.
It is designed to be used for short periods of time with access to a nearby steam source for recharging the weapon. The steam recharge port is at the front of The Abrogator. The steam travels back into the central chamber to power a dynamo creating the electricity needed to emit the radio waves out of the radial antennae.
As the steam cools it drops into the fresnel chamber and travels through the condensor coil. A thermal siphon effect takes place, with the cool vapor helping to reduce the heat output during use.
The weapon is discharged using the internal static electricity of the wielder. By placing only two fingers on the stock the weapon will prime itself. Upon all four fingers being placed upon it, the weapon will discharge.

The Regulator
The weapon you see here is called "The Regulator". It was first known as the Topaz Death Ray for the effect that it produces, but that was too long for our marketing team. The Regulator has a collapsing stock that also provides a hook to attach it to a belt loop as it is too large for a holster.
Portable cartridges power The Regulator. The steam pressure flows through the central passage into the resonating dome in the rear of the weapon. The energy is then channeled down a central tube through the topaz chamber and is then focused through the crystal at the muzzle of the weapon.
While some weapons rely on a trigger, the valve actuator allows the wielder to better control the strength and duration of the energy beam.
The energy beam produced has no effect upon non-organic materials, but will make short work of those objects that are, or once were living.
